Designing a book on andropause that men would actually pick up and read without feeling embarrassed, or the book feeling like a lecture.

Men in midlife often quietly deal with energy crashes, mood swings, libido dips, and that general “what happened to me?” feeling, but they rarely seek out help. The challenge was creating a cover and interior that felt strong, masculine, and supportive. Drawing guys in rather than pushing them away. Whilst also delivering a clear 30-day program on diet, exercise, mindset, and hormone health in a way that was credible, doable, and easy to follow without overwhelming or shaming anyone.

Went with a bold, no-nonsense design. Confident cover and straightforward, motivating pages.

Strong, masculine-leaning typography and a bold colour palette for the cover, nothing soft or apologetic. Inside had clear chapter breaks for each step, generous white space, simple icons to mark exercises and tips, highlighted key takeaways, and a consistent hierarchy that keeps the reader from feeling lost.
