Turning an approved concept into a full suite of event materials that felt unified, professional, and event-ready while meeting client approval and tight deadlines.

Events like the Edinburgh Showcase demand consistent branding across multiple touchpoints – from programmes and invites to banners and delegate packs. The challenge was expanding Navig8's winning scheme into a complete, polished set of deliverables. Everything had to work together seamlessly, look premium in print and display.

While at Navig8, I focused on designing and delivering the printed programme A striking cover that set the tone right away, followed by multiple double-page spreads laid out with clear hierarchy, thoughtful typography, and purposeful imagery (all following strict brand guidelines) to make the content easy to navigate and visually appealing. We kept the design modular and consistent so it went perfectly with the invites, rollups, canvas bags, and delegate covers. Everything felt like part of one family, professional yet approachable, and ready for high-quality print production.
